Set Up (NEED 9 more people)– 4:30-7:00 pm

Friday, July 15th

Set Up (NEED 9 more people)– 10:00am-5:00pm, come when you can

Saturday, July 16th

Laborer (NEED 2 people- great job for significant others!)– 10:00am-2:00pm, with several breaks

Concessions (NEED 2 more people)– 11:00am-1:30pm

Ticket Gate (NEED 3 people- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP)– 11:00am-1:00pm

Janeite Boutique- Sales (NEED 1 more person)– 12:30-3:00pm

Ticket Gate (NEED 1 more person)– 1:00-3:00pm

Concessions (NEED 3 people- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP)– 1:30-3:30pm

Ticket Gate (NEED 2 people- DIRE NEED, PLEASE SIGN UP)– 3:00-5:00pm

Tablecloth washer and presser (NEED 1 person)– Take home the tablecloths from the Tea Room to launder and iron. Bring them back Sunday (July 16th) morning by 9:00 a.m.

Tea Room Server (NEED 1 more person)– 3:30-5:45pm, serves during the Children’s Tea

Kitchen Helper-Wash/pack tea cups and pots (NEED 2 more people)– 4:30-6:00pm 

Clean Up (NEED LOTS OF HELP)– 5:00-8:00pm (hopefully done sooner!)

Please visit our SignUp WEBSITE and look at all the Volunteer position/shift times for each day of the Festival (either click on a Calendar day that is highlighted or scroll down to see the complete list).  There are descriptions for each position, so you know what is expected for each job.  When you sign up, please make sure to include your email address and phone number.

All Volunteers are encouraged to attend our Volunteer Training session on Thursday, July 13th from 7-8 p.m.  Training will be held in the Audubon Room at Locust Grove (same location as the Festival). Please email our Volunteer Coordinators if you cannot attend Volunteer Training ASAP.

Volunteering comes with two perks…FREE admission to the Festival on the day(s) you volunteer and you will have access to the Hospitality Room (excluding Friday, July 14th, evening).
