Book Sale at Historic Locust Grove

Historic Locust Grove in Louisville, KY has the largest book sale in town.  Come load up on great books at bargain prices, mostly $1 & $2!

14,000+ used, antiquarian, and new books in all categories will be offered for sale. All categories-history, biography, mysteries, reference, science fiction, travel, cookbooks, children’s, Kentucky, romance, crafts, gardening, and much, much, more! CDs, DVDs, and audio books available as well.

Prices begin at $1 for paperbacks, and $2 for most hardcover books, with a special section for illustrated books, rare books, and sets, priced individually. All books are sorted by category and are in good condition. Because of the volume of donations, books will be added to the display during the sale.

On Sunday, all day, fill a bag with books for just $10, or pay half-price on all books.

Non-profit organization celebrating the life of Jane Austen. The Greater Louisville Region is part of the national organization, Jane Austen Society of North America. We have members from Southern Indiana and the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky area. Hosts of the largest Jane Austen Festival in North America that takes place each year in July at Locust Grove, located in Louisville, Kentucky.
